Dr. Mroziak was born and raised in WNY. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a minor in Ocean Studies, from SUNY Binghamton (now Binghamton University) in 1993. Following graduation, she worked in a medical processing lab for 2 years after which she returned to school and earned her Master of Science in Biology from Florida Atlantic University in 1997. Her thesis focused on caging sea turtle nests as a management plan for nesting beaches. She is proud to say that the management strategies have indeed changed as a result of her research. Dr. M lived in Baltimore for two years after completing her graduate work and worked at multiple jobs including teaching Biology at Essex Community College, working at Inner Harbor Animal Clinic and performing duties at the University of Maryland School of Medicine as a research assistant for a neurophysiology laboratory studying the affects of BPA on neurological development.  She later received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2003 from the Atlantic Veterinary College at the University of Prince Edward Island, Canada after which she returned to WNY.  Dr. M has been working in traditional brick and mortar clinics since her graduation and return to NY but is now excited at this new service (at least to WNY) she is bringing to her home region. She enjoys running and being outside with her family including her husband, daughter, Golden Retriever, and two cats.
